A place that I would like to know: Thailand



 Travelling, is one of the most funny ways to learn about life and society: cultures, languages, architecture, colors, people and more.There´re too many interesting places around the world that we need to visit someday. We have the classic ones, like Europe, USA, the Caribbean, etc; but their culture is still not too strange to us, and that´s an history thing. But there are places where we really don´t have nothing in common, even the alphabet! 
One of that places is the Southeast Asia. It is composed of eleven countries, and between them is Thailand.

 Thailand is a kingdom, and is the number 20 in the list of the most populated countries in the world. The 75% of the ethnic people is thai, and that means that their culture didn´t change too much like us. Bangkok is Thailand´s capital city and you can find there a lot of weird things to eat, buy and see. You also have in this country the most beautifuls beaches and places where you can meditate. It´s like you were in a paradise. In this country, we have another way to eat, live, talk, work and see the world. 

 We have to dare to know exotic places. Maybe is terrifiying but nothing else is compared with that. Is good for us sometimes feeling that we are from another world, it teaches to us a lot. 

 The world is to huge! Lets discovered it!

    I like it, but i´m not sure if i would be able to eat some food there lol but about the places to see and know more about their culture i´m interested!

Nowadays, we are growing and growing as population, technology and a lot of other things that have advantages and disadvantages for us. One of the last named is about enviroment. Global Warming and pollution are our big problems today. Many people think that it isn´t real, and is false that someday we will have consequences from it. But it´s true, and everyday we are closer to that consequences. That´s because architects, designers, companies and scientifics are so worried about it and trying to give us better alternatives or solutions to this situation. The big problem is that while we are growing, we are moving away as the same time from everything, and we still have to work, study, have social life, etc. That means that we have less time, more distances and less connections.and therefore we use fast alternatives for all, and it isn´t too healthy most of times. Re-planning cities, build bikeways and anothers alternatives to get closer are the solutions acording to the experts...

My Career

I’m in my first year studying design in Universidad de Chile. I chose this career because I always like to draw and I considerate myself very creative. I love do things for others with my hands, with my mind, with my heart, and is very grateful when that things are solving people´s problems or needs.  To be honest, I didn´t know too much about this career, so when I start studying I really started from the beginning. I was a little bit scared, because I didn’t know if I really chose the right career. I was between studying Art, Music or Design. Today I can say that I wasn’t wrong.  For a moment, I didn’t want to study here. I wanted to study in Valparaíso in the PUCV. The subjects that Universidad de Chile had before weren´t of my liking. But I’m from Rancagua and I would be too far of my family, so they didn’t like the idea of me studying there because I’m too sickly and I really have to take care of myself always. I wouldn’t have anyone there and I couldn’t be able to ...
